To provide information and guidance to better it’s members with a safe and smart approach to health and fitness through simple, straight-forward and educational material.

Background

Digital Trainer started on the 5th of November 2008. It is currently based out of Guelph, Ontario.

The site is updated daily either through blog posts or physical trials that the author is currently undergoing. You can subscribe for free here.

Jeremiah is a personal trainer, college instructor, and a reservist with the Canadian Forces. He stays just fit enough to climb, scuba dive and keep up with his clients.

For a more in-depth bio you can go to the About Me page. You can also follow him on Twitter. He is not very funny, but this way you can stalk him in a socially acceptable manner.

The Vitruvian ManAbout the Website

The site is currently using a Thesis design and is maintained through Wordpress.

The logo design is based off of Da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man and can be further explained here.

Tuesday’s Quickie - Here we will mention a quick fact, website, tool or exercise that is bound to get you a little fitter.

Workout Wednesday – I will share with you a workout a week, from my trialed, tested and true repetoire. I can assure you, I have sweated, bled and vomited over many of these myself.

Thursday’s Random Post – This one is up for grabs. I’ll talk about whatever tickle’s my fancy.

Feeding Friday – Weekly posts on eating and nutrition

Saturday – My break from writing. I’ll probably be out racing, climbing or doing some diving.
